Give A Little is a donations platform that works by partnering with a payment processor to accept donations on your behalf and deposit them into your church’s bank account. You can create custom campaigns for different fundraising appeals that can be used both online and via the Give A Little app to receive contactless donations. There are two payment processor options available, but churches can create accounts with both.

đ This is a useful feature in the Give A Little platform that allows donations of a pre-set default amount with a single tap, without needing to select the amount or make any other choices. This feature is particularly useful for situations with high footfall or where donors are moving quickly, like queues at events
đď¸ This is a brand new app for charitable organisations that allows groups of volunteers to collect contactless donations from their smartphones. The Give A Little Champion App utilises Tap to Pay on iPhone and Android, with donations processed by Stripe. It is useful for participation events such as seasonal fundraising. With this app, church volunteers can present their phone to donors to make a gift in a quick, secure way. NB: with this facility there is a usage fee of 50p per device each day the device is used.
Getting Started with Give A Little
Creating a Give A Little account is free. The Premium version of the service, which allows for customisable campaigns and the ability to collect Gift Aid declarations, is usually a paid for service but currently provided for free through the national church until at least the end of 2025. Should this change in the future, you can always switch to the basic version of the membership. To receive free access to Premium Give A Little you must register with Parish Buying.
